Things to work on today:

  • Portion Control.
  • Learning to say ‘no’.
  • Not eating so much/any meat.
  • Drinking water.
  • Quitting smoking.
  • Exercising more.
  • No sweets or Sodas!
  • Keeping up with my Calorie Counting!

I also want to work on my art and crocheting today, but I don’t want to overwhelm myself. I took 2 green tea pills this morning and they are doing wonders for my appetite.
